HR Service Partners is looking for a Benefits Manager. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-driven. The Benefits Manager will work with client companies to determine benefit offerings and present these offerings to employees.

Some of the key responsibilities:

  • Work with executive leadership during client onboarding process to develop a benefit offering to fit the needs of the client

  • Work with the benefits broker to communicate pricing and best plan options to clients

  • Communicate plan design to employees annually at open enrollment meetings

  • Set up plan in the HRIS software to ensure accuracy of enrollments

  • Set up electronic onboarding workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency of enrollments

  • Seek out new products that serve our clients

  • Benefits reconciliation principles knowledge

  • Salary: From $45,000 per year, based on experience
